Regional Systemic Capacity Seminar

The Appalachia Regional Comprehensive Center (ARCC) facilitated a seminar for invited education stakeholders from Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. With a theme of Exploring the Parameters of Systemic Change and Capacity, the seminar included sessions intended to help participants gain a fuller understanding of systemic change and the capacities needed to implement targeted reforms across education systems effectively.
